How do I track my order at LARISONKART?
You can track your orders under OrdersList Orders. Look for the TRACK button on the order list.
What is LARISONKART’s Convenience Fee?
 

  • A Convenience Fee of ₹99/- will apply to orders between ₹999 and ₹19,999.
  • A fee of ₹49/- applies to orders under ₹499.

If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the full amount, including the convenience fee (if paid online), will be refunded.
For returned orders, the convenience fee will not be refunded. If you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse the self-shipment charges based on LARISONKART’s Returns Policy.
For accounts violating our Fair Usage Policy, the convenience fee will be non-refundable regardless of the order value.
Note: Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or other applicable charges.
What is LARISONKART’s Fair Usage Policy?
We aim to provide the best experience for our customers. However, some accounts abuse our liberal returns policy by returning most items purchased or refusing shipments. To protect other customers' rights, we may:
 

  1. Collect a Convenience Fee of ₹199 on all orders.
  2. Disable the Cash on Delivery option for accounts with a high return rate or non-accepted shipments.
  3. Restrict upgrades to LARISON ELITE Membership for such accounts.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tap the Orders section in the main menu of the app or website to check your order status.
How can I check if LARISONKART delivers to my PIN Code?
Use the courier serviceability tool available on the product page:
 

  1. Tap Delivery Check on the product page.
  2. Enter your area PIN code to check the standard delivery time and Cash on Delivery availability.

Our PIN codes are updated frequently. If your area isn’t serviceable today, check back later.
How are orders placed on LARISONKART delivered?
Orders are dispatched through courier partners like TrackOn, India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and others.
Does LARISONKART deliver products outside India?
Currently, LARISONKART delivers products only within India.
Can I place an order from outside India?
Yes, you can register using an Indian mobile number or email to place orders. The shipping and billing addresses must be within India.
Can I place an order as a guest?
Yes, guest checkout is enabled. However, we recommend registering for better order tracking and communication. Note that guest checkout limits tracking and cancellation features.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery. If such a service becomes available, and your area is serviceable, we will notify you.
What should I do if I receive a partial item/order or an untended/void packet?
Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery via:
 

Provide the following:
 

  1. A brief description of the issue.
  2. Snapshots of the packet and box, especially damaged or tampered sides.

Important Notes:
 

  • Retain the packaging for 3–4 days post-delivery.
  • Claims for pilferage must be made on the same day of delivery.
  • Refunds for prepaid/COD orders will be processed after the investigation.
  • Pilferage claims may not be accepted in the following scenarios:
    • Insufficient information or failure to provide snapshots.
    • Using the item for which the claim is raised.
    • Disposing of the packaging before the investigation.

For multi-component items (e.g., grouped products, combos, pairs, or clothing sets), only exchange options will be provided based on serviceability and product type
